Martin Z'Graggen, Master Chef, Award Winning Executive Chef.

Martin Z'Graggen is a Teacher / Consultant who suffers from an eye condition called advanced pigmentary Glaucoma. He has been legally blind since 2005.

Prior to loosing his sight, Martin worked as a Culinary Professional / Executive Chef for leading  international 5 star Hotels in five different continents over 20 years. In his last 12 years, he held several Senior Management, Executive Management and Corporate positions in the international Hospitality / Hotel industry. Martin has extensive knowledge and experiences in the international Hospitality and service delivery industry and gained much understanding of the challenges that people and organizations have to face in the corporate world.
